Terms and Conditions (T&C)

The Terms and Conditions (T&C) of Ideal Trade GmbH govern the legal relationship between the company and its customers for orders, deliveries, and other services. Customers accept these terms when placing orders in writing, by phone, or by fax.

Orders:
By submitting an order via mail, fax, or email, the customer makes a legally binding offer to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when the seller accepts this offer through an order confirmation or by making the goods available for delivery.

Catalog and Internet Offers:
Offers on the website, in catalogs, or flyers are non-binding and subject to change. They are addressed exclusively to customers who purchase and use the goods in their professional, commercial, governmental, or official activities, with a registered office in Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein.

Prices:
All prices are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) excluding VAT. Price changes are expressly reserved. Promotional prices apply only during the specified period.

Payment:
Invoices are payable within 20 days from the invoice date, net. In case of late payment, the buyer will be reminded; reminder fees and any collection costs will be fully charged to the debtor.

Deliveries:
Delivery is subject to Ideal Trade GmbH receiving the goods on time and correctly from its suppliers. Claims for damages due to late or non-delivery are excluded. Delivery delays do not entitle the customer to cancel the orders, provided the customer is informed about the delay.

Return Policy:
Goods can be returned within 7 working days of receipt, with the delivery note or invoice, at the buyer's expense.

Retention of Title:
The delivered goods remain the property of Ideal Trade GmbH until the full payment of the invoice amount is made.

Complaints/Warranty:
Complaints must be submitted within 10 days of receiving the goods. For hidden defects, Ideal Trade GmbH provides a warranty of 24 months.

Modifications:
Changes to the content and scope of the T&C are reserved at any time and will be communicated to the buyer by publication on the website.

Legal Venue:
The place of performance and jurisdiction is Basel-Land.
